A retainer provides steady, long-term support. Ideal for founders who value consistency, strategy, and a trusted collaborator to lead operations and implementation month to month.

Each retainer includes access to the full range of our available services, including strategic leadership and consulting, operations and business management, project management and implementation, team and people operations, SOP and system documentation, drive and digital organisation, event planning support, program develop, and course support.

All package options come with a custom Notion portal, Asana project management board, Google Drive set up, and Slack support from Monday to Friday.

Projects are short-term engagements designed for focused outcomes. They’re ideal if you have a defined scope. If you have multiple projects or require ongoing implementation, a retainer is often the more cost-effective option.

Behind-the-scenes support that lets you lead with presence.

Retreats and gatherings work best when you can be fully in them. We handle the structure, timing, and logistics so you can hold the experience itself. This is retreat support across Europe and Australia, designed for values-led leaders.

  • For spacious days with gentle coordination needs.

    Ideal for facilitators who need support with daily logistics, guest check-ins, and liaising with venue or vendors, without needing full-day coverage.

    Availability: 5 hours per day

    Investment: £225 per day

  • For immersive retreats with fuller schedules and higher touchpoints.

    Recommended when you need hands-on presence across the entire day, from early morning setup through to closing circles.

    Availability: 10 hours per day

    Investment: £450 per day

  • Because a seamless retreat begins long before your guests arrive.

    In the lead-up to your event, I support you in creating clear and intentional structures: dashboards, SOPs, guest onboarding flows, communication templates, and vendor coordination. From digital asset prep to backend setup, this offering ensures everything is handled ahead of time, so you can step into the retreat with confidence.

60–90 minute experiences designed to educate, inspire, and expand the way we think about work, leadership, and collective care.

Founder, Ella Cotterell, can collaborate with organisations, communities, and brands to deliver immersive workshops and talks that bridge psychology, embodiment, and systems thinking. Each session combines evidence-based insight with embodied practice, creating space for both reflection and integration.

Previous experiences include:

  • Embodiment for Healing — a masterclass with the Humans of Purpose community exploring how reconnecting to the body supports trauma recovery and collective wellbeing.
